In less than 5 years since its inception, the college, with the blessings of St .Mary’s, our patron saint and with the cooperation and support of parents and well wishers, the college has grown in strength and reputation. The strong precedence of the students consistently securing state ranks in IPE, EAMCET, IIT and securing admissions in BITS (PILANI) and other reputed institutions in India and abroad was added feathers to the cap. Year after year the success of St. Mary’s continues and has become a name to reckon with. Growing from strength to strength, it became necessary for the college to have its branch at Yousufguda. Consequently, the management opened a branch of the junior college at Yousufguda in their own premises in 1995 to enable more and more number of students to get the cutting edge.
The management, then contemplated on offering higher education to the students in a better atmosphere and with the state of the art infrastructure. There was a vision and it made its beginning in 2002 when a beautiful, state of art college building emerged in Yousufguda, reflecting the dreams of the management. With a modest beginning , in less than one year the college proved its mettle and has become the " most sought after" college in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secundrabad. The students from all the parts of the world join St. Mary’s college to pursue their higher education.
Today, St. Mary’s is the "most happening college" with advanced methods of teaching, catering to the academic and extra-curricular needs of the students. The management leaves no stone unturned to give the best to the students. Fortune 500 companies have visited the college to hire from campus, through the placement cell. In less than 2 years of the placement cell in being the college has churned out at least 50% employable graduates of those registered with the cell.
