To concentrate in the academic, Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities planned by this department. The previous year saw an extension lecture in the area of the changing trends in the banking sector which enlightened both the teacher and the taught. Success does not depend upon one quality but on a combination of many. Talent is not restricted to competence and expertise. It includes ideas, adaptability, influencing ability, organizing capacity and other related dynamic and leadership qualities. To harvest and reap the benefits of such qualities and many more is the prime objective of this department.
Educational Technology
The laws of Physical Sciences are experimental in nature.experimentation and verification of laws is possible through laboratories. The world itself is a lab for Social Sciences. The modern technology enables to bring the world into the class-rooms through educational C.D’s. Our department plans to supplement the class-room teaching with the usage of educational C.D’s. In this process the teaching methodology also gets upgraded.
Training Programs
Today’s world is a competitive world. Globalization, privatization, liberalization and market economy have added to the competition and which brings out the best in an individual. To give the students of our college a head start and keep them abreast of the latest in the current affairs the department has unanimously voted for :
Training for competitive examinations
Computer training to equip themselves with the basic skills.
These courses would be optional and would be extended only to interested students.
These courses would be held after the college hours and would be at a special fee.
Educational Insight
We plan to organize extension lectures to our students by eminent personalities in their field of expertise.This will also provide a practical insight into their theoretical knowledge.
Career guidance and consultancy will be extended at the right time by professionals in this field.

Team Visits and International Days
Team visits are always refreshing and rejuvenating.We propose to organize the following field trips.
A visit to the Sardar Patel Police Academy –Interaction with the IPS Probationers.
An educational trip to the NALSAR University.
Visits to old –age homes,orphanages and State home for women as a part of social activity.
International Days
lLast but not the least we propose to observe the following international days.
l World AIDS Day On the 1st of December.
Human Rights Day on the 10th of December.
