For this Academic year from all the final year classes 130 students have registered their names in Placement Cell.
Career Guidance and Personality Development classes were started from the second week of July 2008, for the students who have registered themselves in the placement cell. Class will be taken by Mrs. Juhi Kaur, Mrs. K.Anitha and Mrs. Anu Victor.
“Career Launcher” conducted a seminar on “Career options for Computer Graduates” for final year B.COM C& D sections on 26th June 2008.
“Chicago Technology Resources” visited our college for placements for B.COM students of the passed out batch for the placement in Infosys. Some of our students have attended the interviews are the results are awaited.
“The Actor’s Studio”, Media related organization conducted campus placements on 1/07/08 for Mass Communication students. Nine students attended the interviews. One of our ex-student, Ms. Harini has been selected as a PRO and three of our present final year students Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Alekhya and Mr. Sunny have got selected for Internship in film making.
A seminar was conducted by "Toonz Academy” on “3D effects and Animations” on 5th July 2008.
The Institute of Computer Accountants (ICA) will commencea certificate course of one year duration on Industrial Accounts. |
