Students of Mass Communication set out for their first field visit of the academic year 2008-09 to Ramoji Film City on 26 July. It was fun and frolic all the way as students let their hair down and chilled out with their classmates during the hour-long drive from the college to the venue.
Accompanied by the head of the Department of Mass Communication, Mr. Satya Prasad the students were present on the sets of the latest Nagarjuna-Trisha starrer “King” directed by Seenu Vytla. It was a rain sequence which was being shot on the location and the students watched as the stars went through their motions. The main lead of the movie, Nagarjuna was also present on the location along with his co-star Sunil.
It was a delightful treat for the students as the latest sensation of Tollywood, Ram Charan Tej, himself a product of our college, was seen zooming in on his latest sports bike much to the delight of the onlookers. It was indeed an enlightening experience to watch various aspects of film-making on the sets.
