Department of computer science organized a guest lecture on ‘Programming Techniques’ for the first year B.Sc (MSCs) students.  Mr. Ramesh from orbit technologies took an hour session on the above mentioned topic. He started the session with an introduction to computers and briefed on the evolution of programming languages. He also explained various types of programming languages, involved students in writing algorithms and flowcharts as a preliminary step for programming. He concluded the session with advanced programming concepts.

This interaction helped the beginners to have a better understanding of computer programming features which will be helpful for their logic building and advanced programming skills.
