The purpose of the event was to awaken the sense of responsibility towards society and giving. Students of degree classes went to ‘Home for destitute’ near Bible House, Secunderabad. Students were touched to see handicapped and mentally retarded children and how they are doing their day to day activities .Provisions like rice, dal, soaps etc were given to the institute. Biscuits and chocolates were distributed among children. Students of intermediate classes went to ‘THARA-Home for Anawim Rest and Awakening society’ near patny ,Secunderabad. There were children from all age groups who were taken from bus stands, railway tracks etc. Students were touched to see the small children who are without their parents, how the home is providing them living and education. Books, pencil boxes, stationary and money were given to institute. Sweets, chocolates, biscuits etc were distributed among children
