Ø Summer coaching camp was conducted and all most 50 students participated actively.
Ø Flag was hoisted on August 15th on the occasion of Independence Day. The Dean, Cmde (Retd.). V N Ajit Kumar, Department of Physical Education were present for the same.
Participation & Achievement in the OU Inter Collegiate Tournaments in 2010-11 were as follows:
Ø HARSHITHA SINGH OF II.B.COM-E won seven silver medals (Second place) in O.U. Inter collegiate Swimming competition held at O.U. Swimming pool in various events and they are:-
(i) 100 meter Breast stroke.
(ii) 200 meter Breast stroke.
(iii) 50 meters Breast Stroke
iv) 100 meter free style.
(v) 50 meters free style
vi) 100 meter back stroke
(vii) 50 meters back stroke
Ø G. Shivanath Yadav of II B.Com has won Silver Medal in O.U. Inter collegiate Wrestling competition under 74 kg weight categories.
Ø T. Arjun of II B.A. Mass com has won silver Medal in O.U. Inter Collegiate Swimming competition.
Ø T. Arjun of II B.A. Mass com has won silver Medal in O.U. Inter Collegiate Shuttle badminton tournament.
Ø Akanaksha and Insi gutta of II B.A. Mass com has secured 4th place in O.U. Inter Collegiate Shuttle badminton tournament on 21-08-2010.
Ø Our Degree Volley ball team has participated in O.U. Inter collegiate volley ball tournament held at Vivekvardhini college on 25-08-2010.
Ø Our Degree Basket ball team has participated in O.U . Inter collegiate Basketball tournament held at M.J. Engineering college on 14 & 15 -09-2010 and reached up to semi finals. Mr. Saad of III B.com has selected for O.U. Inter collegiate Basketball team.
Ø Conducted selection trails for our college team on 18-08-2010 in event of cricket and Volley ball.
Ø Conducted selection trails for our college team on 18-09-2010 in the event of Foot ball.
Ø Our beloved chairman Mr.B. Arogya Reddy sir has Inaugurated 2 Cricket practice nets at our college premises on 18th August 2010.
Ø Conducting Cricket coaching and net practice for college cricket team.
