Department of Computer Science organized a Guest Lecture on Team work by Mrs. Nandita Kapur, Faculty – Soft skills, ICFAI. The students of B.Sc[MSCs/MECs] II yr and III yr participated in the event.The session started with an interaction among students, collecting the students’ response on their understanding of team work. The session continued with a formal interaction on various skills required to work as a team. Later the guest conducted a team activity where students were divided into a team of 10 each.  Each group was given the task to identify a synonym or express team work in a single word. And they were asked to frame the word on stage using the members of the team. Each member had to represent themselves as a character of the word so that other members identify the word. This activity helped students interact, plan, motivate other members and work together to achieve the goals set. It also helped them to exhibit leadership skills and creativity.  .
