The staff and students of Department of Electronics went for a Community service trip onn 1^st of August to Sweekar and Upkar, A Rehabilitation Institute for Handicapped. The students  were taken around the Institute by the dedicated staff of Sweekar-Upkaar. They were also taken to the physiotherapy department of the hospital attached to the school which was a very moving experience for the students as they faced the harsh realities of life. The inspiration to help the less privileged and less gifted came up from within after seeing the people suffering with different ailments. The students spent a lot of time with the handicapped students there and distributed eatables and stationary to them. This one day of the year is a real eye opener for the younger generation which changes some of them for good.
