The Department of Mass Communications arranged an Educational Tour for students of BA (Mass Communications) from 29^th November to 5th  December 2009. The students got to view a live Lok Sabha session at the Parliament House. They also visited the NDTV studios and saw how a Broadcast Media news channel works on an average day. 

ACHIEVEMENTS The students viewed a Lok Sabha session live and saw how the Lok Sabha MPs discussed matters at the Parliament. At the NDTV studios the students got to meet Mr. Pranoy Roy of NDTV. They were taken around for a tour of the studios and were explained various aspects of news broadcasting. . In the evening 20 of our students participated in the NDTV show called Mouse The Cat and discussed issues related to the CAT Entrance Exam for MBA. The show was telecast by NDTV at 10:30pm on 3^rd December. The students also visited places of historical significance like Hawa Mahal at Jaipur and Agra Fort and Taj Mahal at Agra.  The students thoroughly enjoyed their unique learning experience at their educational tour to Delhi.
