Mr. Naveen Raj an ex-student of BSC (MSCs), batch of 2005-2008 was invited to interact with the students of BSC I, II & III yr. He is presently pursuing MCA from Karunya University, Coimbatore. He shared his experience and the opportunities that he got in St Mary’s, as an Undergraduate Student, which was of great help. He was invited to the campus on the 6^th of Jan 2010. He made the session very lively starting with a general quiz which made students participate and interact with him. Also gave them some tips on how to prepare an effective PowerPoint presentation. He spoke to the students about the various opportunities in the software industry. The importance of summer projects was also highlighted which will be helpful for their further studies. This program was very informative and gave a good insight about presentation skills for our students. The interaction helped our students to decide on taking up at least one project before they complete their UG Program.
