The department of life sciences gathered today on Nov 14th, to commemorate The World Diabetes Day.

After the formal introduction by Sunitha Panigrahi Madam, Respected Director Sir and Principal Sir spoke a few words of wisdom encouraging the life sciences department. Shalini from III B.Sc Biotechnology introduced the history of the world diabetes day, proceeded by an informative presentation by Sivarchana of III B.Sc Biotechnology. Arun of II B.Sc Biotechnology spoke on the effect of stress on diabetes. Mementos were then presented to Tejaswini of III B.Sc Biotechnology and Kiran of II B.Sc Biotechnology for their valuable contributions to life sciences department and science club events. It was followed by the Vote of Thanks to cap off a perfect evening.
