Overview of last years’ placement trend. Challenges faced by students in their subject knowledge, communication skills, and overall marks percentage. 

Suggestions by Committee Members:

HODs of various departments to give students’ job preferences to the Placement Co-ordinator from tiem to time. Conducting pre-placement talks/workshops/mock interviews to aid dtudents gear-up of placement phase.

Create awareness among students from 1st year onwards about having a 1st class marks percentage. Having Industry interfaces whre-in final year students are taken on a visit to industries. Helping students for competitive exams like RRB and Bank Probationary Ofiicers. Substituion classes can be turned into a platform for students and inculcate soft skills etc.
