The Recruitment drive for the academic session 2010 started on 9th September with WIPRO BPO. Around 54 students were present for the presentation by Mr. Vijay and Mr. Bhavin, Campus Relationship Managers from WIPRO. Following which was the JAM session for 28  students divided in two groups. Every round was an elimination round. After the JAM round 11 students were shortlisted and taken to the next round, the HR round. All the students were interviewd by the Vijay and Bhavin for over 2 hours. After this elimination round 10 were taken for the Voice assessment test which 8 of the students cleared and were eligible for the last written technical test. This was cleared by 6 students and they were given the offer letters on the same day. The process of recruitments started at 10:00 am and ended at 8:25 Pm. It was a long day which was well learnt and experienced by the selected students. "It is a great satisfaction to have the offer letters in ones hands, even before graduating  and we are assured that immediately after the exams we will have a job to look forward to and earnings as well". This is how the students felt who were excited and overwhelmed at having qualified for a job.
