Orientation for the teaching staff of St Mary's College Yousufguda and HimayatNagar was organized inboth the campuses, department wise, where each member of the department was expected to display and share their teaching abilities, methodology and class room management with other colleagues. It was very interactive session on 2nd June 2008.
On 3rd june 2008 an orientation for the teaching staff at Yousufguda campus was conducted by inlingua, International School of Languages in the first half of the day.
Mr. Joseph from the Department of English gave a presentation on Advanced Leadership Skills in the second half of the day, followed by the prize distribution for the best judged participants during the two day orientation, which were as follows:-
