St. Mary's education society is nearly 3 decades old, headed by Mr. B Arogya Reddy, the Chairman of the group of colleges of SMES. Mr. B Mahender Reddy, the Director of St. Mary's group of colleges, believes that education is much more than just running an institution and
it's a commitment that is made to every student of St. Mary's. Mrs. Mary Reddy is the Secretary & correspondence for the group.
The first Junior College was established in 1982.
In 2002 St. Mary's College at Yousufguda was established with the mission to provide guidance,
identifying talent, enhancing potential, encouraging students to follow
their dreams and helping them become professionals in life.
With the dream of providing quality education from KG to PG, an international school, namely, Sancta Maria International School was established in Serilingampally. The Director is Ms. Chaitanya Reddy.
To take it further and completing the circle a Business School, namely, South State Business School is proposed to start in 2011-12 to provide higher professional quality education to the young graduates seeking to master in business administration. The Director of the proposed school of business is Mr. Abhiram Krishna.
