Keeping in view that just getting a university degree will not help the graduates become employable unless they are armed with life skills such as soft skills, communication skills etc. In this regard the management organised a day long workshop for few selected members of the faculty to train them so that they can in turn train the students in the course of 3 years while at college. It was a very fruitful session conducted by the Director of South State Business School, Mr. Abhirama Krishna. With this kind of session the staff is expected to follow the methodology and content of spreading communication. The techniques of speaking before a group confidently and with conviction was of the utmost importance.
